Pluk Phak Praw Rak Mae Public Company Limited was established in 2010 by Mr. Chalakorn Ekachaipatanakul (Au) and Mr. Jirayuth Puwapoonpol (Jo). The two founders began their business with the first small-scale organic vegetable farm, drawing inspiration from their family backgrounds in agriculture, combined with a strong determination to pursue organic farming. In 2013, they launched their first restaurant under the name "OHKAJHU". In March 2024, the company transitioned to a public company limited.

Pluk Phak Praw Rak Mae Public Company Limited operates a business that provides and sells food and beverages, as well as health-related products, under the concept of “Be Organic from Farm to Table.” The company focuses on the cultivation of organic vegetables and the delivery of high-quality organic food and beverage services, with the aim of promoting good health and a sustainable quality of life for consumers.
Presently, the Company has three main brands, which are:
- Ohkajhu which sells various types of health food and beverages such as salads, steaks, soups, spaghetti, single dish meals, desserts, vegetable and fruit juices, bakery, snacks, etc. In addition, it brings products under the ‘Ohkhajhu’ brand, such as fresh vegetables, fruits, sandwiches, wraps, etc., to sell through various channels, including catering services. The company’s service and sales business can be divided into 4 main distribution channels and formats which includeFull-Service Restaurant, Delivery and Kiosk, Café Amazon, and As of 31 December 2024, there are 41 branches of Ohkajhu Brand.
- Oh! Juice The company operates a healthy vegetable and fruit juice business under the name "Oh! Juice. These beverages are an extension of the juice menu from "Ohkajhu" restaurants, with additional recipes developed to provide specific health benefits and enhance nutritional value with essential nutrients. The company is committed to creating nutrient-rich drinks suitable for people of all ages, children, teenagers, seniors, and fitness enthusiasts to promote better health, happiness, and a higher quality of life. The drinks are enriched with nutrients like protein, fiber, collagen, and vitamin C. The company uses fresh fruits and organic vegetables, free from added sugar and artificial additives. As of 31 December 2024, there are 15 branches of Oh! Juice Brand.
- Ohkajhu Wrap and Roll The company Involves selling products such as salads, salad wraps, sandwiches, and ready-to-eat health-conscious meals (Grab & Go) under the name "Ohkajhu Wrap & Roll." These offerings are an extension of the menu from "Ohkajhu" restaurants, developed to meet the needs of fast-paced lifestyles, offering convenient, quick, and healthy meals. To reinforce its position as the King of Organic Salad, the brand offers over 80 choices of vegetables, fruits, animal proteins, and other ingredients, along with special homemade dressings. Customers can personalize their meals by selecting their preferred ingredients and dressings. As of 31 December 2024, there are 1 branch of Ohkajhu Wrap and Roll.

- Governance The Company is committed to conducting business based on responsibility toward the economy at the organizational, community, and broader social levels, with the goal of fostering sustainable economic growth in collaboration with all stakeholders. The key operational approaches include conducting business with transparency, supporting local farmers, promoting the use of energy-efficient production technologies to reduce long-term costs and enhance sustainable competitiveness, and sharing profits back with society.
- Social In addition to the company doing organic farming itself, the company also promotes farmers in nearby areas to switch from chemical farming to organic farming to reduce the negative environmental impacts, and allow farmers and people in the community to consume plants, vegetables, and fruits that are free from chemicals. This also creates income and jobs for farmers in the area. The company provides knowledge, supports equipment, and takes care of, follows up, and checks the cultivation process to ensure confidence in the produce. The company has organized the ‘Oh-Kad’ project, which involves buying produce from farmers who practice organic farming and selling it as fresh vegetables and fruits at the company’s own restaurant. This creates jobs for farmers and promotes increased income from organic farming, encouraging farmers to switch from chemical farming to organic farming.
- Environmental ORGANIC FARMING The main process in the company’s business operations is the cultivation of vegetables, fruits, and edible flowers to be used as raw materials for cooking and various products of the company. The company uses organic farming processes to grow all types of vegetables and is committed to the company’s vision, which is “We are committed to walking on an organic path that is good for us and society.” In addition, regarding ZERO WASTE, The company is committed to the concept of reducing waste to zero by using natural waste such as leaves, branches, corn husks, compost, cow dung, ash, etc., which are natural waste from households and streets in Chiang Mai province, as well as leftover vegetables from trimming after harvesting, and organic waste from restaurants in 2 branches in Chiang Mai, to transform through various processes into organic fertilizer for use in planting vegetables in the company’s garden. In the years 2021-2023, the company converted approximately 1,000-2,000 tons of natural waste into organic fertilizer per year. The company considers the use of clean energy in its operations, by installing and setting up solar energy systems on the roofs of the company’s greenhouses, central kitchen, and restaurant in Chiang Mai province, to be used as renewable energy in various processes of the company.

- Panhug Project – This initiative was established in 2015 with the purpose of supporting society by spreading love to everyone and promoting good health. The Panhug Project encompasses a variety of activities. One example is the “Yim Noi Yim Yai” (Small Smiles, Big Smiles Project) campaign, in which the Company distributes produce that may not meet the size, weight, or shape standards required for supermarket sales to customers, allowing them to support the initiative voluntarily. These products are also used as ingredients for certain types of food preparation. Another initiative under the Panhug Project is “Panhug Pan Nam Sai Hai Nong” (Sharing Clean Water with Children Project), where the Company supported the construction of a water tank at Ban Mae Pon School in Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province, ensuring that students and the surrounding community have access to clean water throughout the year.

The Company has a policy to pay dividends to shareholders at a rate of not less than forty of net profits from the Company's separate financial statements. After deducting corporate income tax and allocating various types of reserves as specified in the law and company regulations. However, the dividend payment may be less than the above rate. Taking into account various factors such as economic conditions, operating results and financial position of the company, cash flow, working capital. Investment and business expansion plans, debt obligations, conditions and limitations as specified in the loan agreement. and other appropriateness which will be carefully considered by the Board of Directors.
