Pluk Phak Praw Rak Mae Public Company Limited (‘company’), recognizes the importance of privacy for the personal data owners who have legal relations with the Company. Therefore, this personal data protection policy has been arranged for personal data owners to be aware of the Company’s policy regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data of natural persons (‘you’), which is in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (‘PDPA’), laws, and related rules. This personal data protection policy will inform you of the methods that the Company collects, uses, or discloses your personal data, the type of data and the purpose of such actions, including details about the data retention period, disclosure of personal data to external parties, your rights, the confidentiality and security of your personal data, and the method that you can contact the Company. If there are significant changes to this personal data protection policy, the Company will notify the personal data owners by publishing through appropriate channels.”

This personal data protection policy applies to the following individuals

  1. For internal personnel of the company, including employees and interns.
  2. For shareholders and directors, including company shareholders, company directors, and related persons such as proxies, trustees, representatives, followers, spouses, fathers, mothers, siblings, children, spouses of children, and persons related as specified by law.
  3. For business partners, divided into 3 types as follows.
    • Partners, which refers to those who bid to sell products and/or provide services to the company, business allies, business participants (both in the case of selling products directly to the company and in the case of jointly developing products with the company for sale), service providers, service recipients, employers, contractors, consultants, experts, scholars, speakers, the company’s contractors, including.
    • Prospective partners, which refers to individuals who may become partners with the company, both in the case where such individuals have expressed an intention to enter into a contract and/or register as a partner of the company, those interested in participating in the business, those working with the company, or any other person who requests a quotation or to whom the company offers a price.
    • Related persons, which refers to natural persons who are related or represent those who are expected to be partners or partners, such as directors, employees, representatives, proxies, grantors, witnesses, persons acting on behalf of legal entities, and includes persons whose personal data appears in various documents related to the process involved in contract transactions, such as the sender of goods, the recipient of goods, etc.
  4. For the company’s customers, divided into 2 types as follows.
    • Individual customers, which refers to past and current customers or those who will be in the future who are natural persons. These are subdivided by activity into customers who register as members, customers who use the food delivery service, customers who request tax invoices, customers who participate in activities, etc.
    • Business organization customers refer to directors, shareholders, actual beneficiaries, employees, guarantors (if any), collateral providers (if any), and legal representatives of past and current business organization customers, including other natural persons who have the power to act on behalf of business organization customers. In this regard, the company suggests that its business organization customers take action to ensure that the person with the power to act on behalf or any related natural person is aware of the company’s privacy policy announcement.

For individuals who are not customers or partners of the company, these include natural persons who do not have products or services with the company, but the company may need to collect, use, or disclose your personal data, such as partners, contractors, individuals who have paid or received money from the company’s customers, individuals who have visited the company’s website or application, or used services at the company’s office, directors or legal representatives of legal entities that use the company’s services or have entered into a contract with the company, and any individuals involved in transactions with the company or the company’s customers.
